Last week Greg Walker (Macarthur Projects) joined us as the Guest speaker at the June members Zoom meeting giving an overview of The Archibald development within the Gosford CBD

Key takeouts:

• The $400million Archibald development will comprise Two Towers of 26 and 27 levels rising from the podium level (at level 5)
• Demolition to commence on the 16th of June
• The Development will have 167 Room 4-5 Star international  Hotel and  some 4000sqm of commercial space
• Inclusive of a Wellness Centre, bars, restaurant, conference centre, co-working, and ground-level retail spaces
• Some 800 car spaces with a green emphasis on future-proofing parking with electric charging points for Hotel and residential guests.

The consortium behind the development is looking towards the shift from potential to the actual transformation of Gosford in line with the existing Bonython development and indeed current proposals before Central Coast Council.
